So You Think You Can Dance is a season long elimination style reality competition. All contestants start with the open auditions which is eventually whittled down to the top 20 dancers each year who are considered finalists. The finalists are then paired with another dancer and each week perform a routine with the persons getting the lowest scores going home. The judges thoughts count as the lowest two contestants have an opportunity to “Dance for your life” with the judges making the final decision on who wasn’t good enough to remain in the show.
Applicant Restrictions:
- Must between 18+ Years Old
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must not be a Felon
- Must Attend a Casting Call
